Hon. Helena Appiah is the Municipal Chief Executive for Wassa Amenfi East in the Western Region, Ghana.

In the last four years Wassa Amenfi East in the Western Region has seen massive development under the tenure of Hon Helena Appiah.
Rating what she has done since she took the mandate as MCE her service to the people of Amenfi East has been one of the best.
She has developed over eighty percent communities in her municipality and delivered over 80% of her promise.
Listing some of her works, she has built and completed of schools, Maintainance of feeder road, completion of 90mm pipe culverts, rehabilitation of police post, construction of unit classrooms, delivering of items and cash to disabled people, assisting hairdressers, carpenters and other 43 beneficiaries in other to reduce depedancy rate in Wassa Amefi East.
Continuing, she has also constructed a well finished ambulance bay, newly built AstroTurf, refuse collection in many communities, newly constructed bore whole with iron removal, construction of cow shed, rehabilitation of slaughter house, upgrading of the assembly road and maintenance and many others.
Due to her hard work and the listening ear she has for her people in her municipality, she has gained massive support hence her citizens in Amenfi East are calling on the President, Nana Akuffo Addo to give Hon Helena Appiah another opportunity as the Municipal Chief Executive I( MCE) to serve them.
